Who is the author you own the most books of?
Great list! And I love that you included photos, too. I think the top of my list number-wise was Diana Wynne Jones, but my shelves are in disarray, so I guessed at the whole thing. :)
ReplyDeleteHaha, I was going to guess and just put author names (who'd know, right?) but got a little crazy with organization ;)
DeleteAhh, Ally Carter! Janette Rallison! Tamora Pierce! Love! And I love the way the GG books look all lined up! :)The author I own the most books by would probably be carolyn Keene (I have a lot of ND books!) with 2nd going to Laura Dower, a MG author whose books I love! :)
ReplyDeleteYou're like the MG queen!
DeleteGood list, I love Ally Carter and Meg Cabot as well.
ReplyDeleteI love how you did the actual pictures of your books. I started to do that, but it just didn't work. A majority of my books, especially my favorite authors that I buy TONS of books from, are often audiobooks or on my Kindle. It takes me longer to read a physical book, since kindle books are easier and audiobooks are faster, so I often buy my favorite authors in one of those two ways. Thus my shelves didn't show the right numbers. So we went with our favorite book from each author instead. :) Rainbow Rowell made my list too. And Sarah Dessen was sooooo close. :)
ReplyDeleteI probably annoyed my dad for doing so because I made him wait while I took the pictures (we were about to watch a movie;) That's a great idea!
DeleteDang! I don't think I've ever really committed to an author like that. I mean I have series books that top out at six or seven but I don't really own multiple works by them although I'm not sure why. This is really cool! Love the pictures :)
ReplyDeleteI love this TTT prompt! It's so much fun to read people's responses. Ally Carter is an amazing author, and it's definitely a must to own all of her books ;) I'm curious about Robin Jones Gunn, too. I've seen her books around in a few places, but I haven't read them. Great picks :)
ReplyDeleteI think I need to read me some Tamora Pierce, because I keep seeing her name everywhere! I think 5 is my highest number? Mostly because a lot of the books I buy is for Kindle.
ReplyDeleteThis post makes me feel like my bookshelves are a bit starved. :( I think the most books I own by any one author is three, so I enjoyed looking at all the pretty titles that you have.
ReplyDeleteHa, I KNEW you'd have a ton of Ally Carter books on your shelf, lol. I've still yet to read one of her books, but I did get the audio for the first book in the Gallagher Girls series. Here's hoping I love it as much as you do!
